10 June 2010: This year's Nunney Open Garden Event is on the 27th June 2010, with over 20 Gardens open for you to visit (including our own!). Gardens are open from 11.00am - 5.00pm and tickets are £4.50 for adults with accompanied children free. Why not have lunch at The George as a break from admiring the gardens? (Please note that we do not admit children under the age of 14).

31 March 2010: Oops, the timings below for the Duck Race were wrong - the Easter Bonnet Parade is at 1200 (and it's in the Market Place, not the Brook) and the Duck Race starts at 1230 - sorry!.

27 March 2010: Our menu pages on the site have been updated, click here to view them. On Easter Sunday we'll be serving mulled cider and bacon rolls out in the front car park during the Duck Race. Proceeds go to the Church Roof Fund.

12 March 2010: Easter Sunday - 4 April 2010. Nunney will be holding it's traditional Easter Bonnet parade and Duck Race in Nunney Brook from 1200. Why not come along and enjoy the fun, then enjoy Sunday Lunch at the George. The lunch menu will include new season Corsley lamb.
